Ware AI, Inc. ("Ware AI", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Aware platform, including the web dashboard, Mac application, Chrome extension, and gateway services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information directly — we do not store credit card numbers.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including conversation history, voice transcriptions, tool invocations, and browser automation actions. This data is stored in your isolated tenant instance.

Device Information

We may collect device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and authentication purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process transactions and manage your subscription
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Isolation

Each user's data is stored in an isolated tenant instance running on our infrastructure. Your conversations, files, and configurations are not shared with other users or used to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for AI processing, payment processing, and cloud infrastructure hosting. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

6. Chrome Extension

The Aware Chrome extension connects your browser to your personal Aware gateway. It may access the content of web pages you visit when you explicitly invoke browser automation tools. The extension does not collect browsing history, track your activity across sites, or transmit data to any third party other than your own Aware gateway instance.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your tenant instance and all associated data within 30 days. Backups may be retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords (argon2id), isolated tenant instances, and network policies restricting access between tenants.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your conversation history
